1) Overview (Social Casino / Simulated Play)

Triluxonz.com provides entertainment-only social casino style gameplay. All gameplay is simulated. No real-money gambling is offered. No prizes of real-world value are available, and virtual currency/items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or equivalents.

2) Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under New Zealand law.

3) Accounts & Security

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep your login details secure and notify us of unauthorised use.
• You are responsible for activity on your account to the extent permitted by law.

4) Virtual Items & Optional Purchases

The service may offer virtual coins/credits or items for gameplay. You may be able to purchase virtual items (where available). Purchases are optional, non-transferable, and final to the extent allowed by law. Virtual items do not constitute money, do not earn interest, and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of real-world value.

5) Acceptable Use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or use bots.
• Do not harass others or post unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorisation.
• Do not use the service for commercial purposes without written permission.

6) Intellectual Property

We (and our licensors) own the service, software, and content. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Copyright Complaints (Takedown Process)

If you believe content on the service infringes copyright, email contact@triluxonz.com with: (a) your name and contact details, (b) identification of the work and the allegedly infringing material (with URL/location), (c) a good-faith statement, and (d) a statement that the information is accurate. We may remove or disable access while we review and may request additional information.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or where required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, licences end and virtual items may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

9) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss arising from unauthorised access, interruptions, or errors. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable.

10) Disputes, Governing Law & Changes

Please contact us first to try to resolve issues. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
